1800 "George Prior" Gold Plated Pocket Watch
George Prior was a watchmaker in London, famous for producing multi-case luxury watches for the Ottoman market, especially for the Ottoman courtesy between 1770 and 1825.
A pleasant gold plated pocket watch. There are some minimal scratches on the porcelain dial. From the serial number of the watch, it appears to be made in 1800 and was built by Ralfokd Pender for George Prior. As it is, without a key.
